The ground floor has a beautiful open style lounge with honesty bar and separate light airy breakfast room, which has an open style kitchen so you can see our chefs at work. Our breakfast is a delicious full Scottish breakfast using locally sourced ingredients which includes award winning haggis; a continental style breakfast is also available. Outside the guest lounge we have a beautiful courtyard for our guests to relax in.

We offer discounted parking vouchers at the NCP on Semple Street(£15 per day; please ask at reception).
