Our services
Our dedicated team provides free impartial advice to conference planners. As part of our service, we produce professionally designed bid documents and bid proposals, allowing the city to pitch as the potential host for international conferences to be held several years in advance.
We can also offer assistance on a variety of aspects which are fundamental to the success of an event. This includes providing guidance on conference venues, accommodation, transport, social programmes, and pre and post conference tours and other conference support services.

Venue Search : Assist you in finding the perfect venue from the vast array of conference centres, academic venues, superb hotels and fascinating 'venues with a difference' including galleries, museums, underground caves - even a Royal Yacht!
Site Inspections : We'll co-ordinate your visit, putting you in touch with all the right people and places
Accommodation : We'll help you find the right accommodation at the right price and our accommodation booking team offer an easy online booking service. Your own link direct from your conference website will be developed then your delegates can easily book their rooms
Social Programme : We'll help you create a truly memorable programme of authentic Scottish activities and cultural experiences for your delegates and partners
Conference Organisation : We will take you through a well developed tendering process to ensure that the right company is chosen for your conference. One with the right experience and one that fits your budget
Convention Services : We will keep working with you, leading up to your conference, with a range of marketing materials and visitor information, to maximise the delegate attendance
Visitor Information Desk : We can provide an information desk for large conferences, manned by knowledgeable volunteers, with city branding and tourist information
