The Sheraton Grand Hotel and Spa has always been one of Edinburgh's favourite meeting places - and now, following a multi-million pound refurbishment, the hotel is home to a brand new, dedicated events space, complete with its own private entrance from the forecourt.

The Atrium
An impressive pre-function space, The Atrium forms the centrepiece of our new, dedicated meeting area. Offering 550 square meters of floor space, the Atrium is perfectly suited to receptions and exhibitions and can also serve as a break-out area for larger events. It can either be booked exclusively or shared with other groups, depending on the occasion.
With its stylish colour palette, natural daylight, contemporary Scottish materials, and a generously-stocked bar, the Atrium looks set to be the talking point for many an event.
The Edinburgh Suite
Our much-admired Edinburgh Suite is by far the largest hotel function space in the city, making it the ideal venue for high-profile conferences, dinners and exhibitions and even car launches. Stylish, flexible and spacious, the refurbished Edinburgh Suite can accommodate up to 500 theatre style, 350 classroom style, 1000 for a reception and 500 for a banquet.
Bathed in natural daylight, the Edinburgh Suite is a bright, welcoming space that can easily be divided into two equal halves for smaller events, and with a separate entrance, it is perfectly suited to private registrations.
What's more, the Edinburgh Suite leads directly into the Atrium, an elegant break-out area for buffet lunches and pre-dinner drinks, or an additional exhibition space.
