Pioneers of the ‘proper’ burger, Byron is a modern take on the classic diner, inspired by founder Tom Byng’s stateside trips in his youth.
Burgers are the star of the show – all made from 100% grass-fed British beef, with a unique blend of chuck, brisket and rib cap, for a bite so juicy it melts like the cheese they top it with. All served in an extra squishy bun, with a cheeky pickle on the side. Pair it with an extra thick shake or choose from an extensive range of craft beers, including local favourites from Scottish brewers BrewDog.
There’s also a vegan and veggie burger menu that’s much more than after thought and gluten free squishy buns on offer.
Byron Royal Mile is at the heart of Edinburgh's Old Town, and minutes from Edinburgh Castle and a short walk from Waverley station.
Byron Lothian Road is close to the Odeon and Filmhouse cinemas and just around the corner from Usher Hall and EICC. Both restaurants available for group bookings with set menus and available for private hire.
