Set in the heart of Edinburgh's acclaimed St James Quarter, Duck & Waffle invites guests to celebrate the joy of delicious food & drink in a warm and buzzy atmosphere.  Its signature ‘gastro diner’ experience welcomes guests from early morning to late night offering breakfast, lunch, dinner and weekend brunch. 

Beyond the iconic, namesake dish, the menu offers a playful take on comfort food crafted with the very best ingredients and paired with an iconoclastic cocktail experience and incredible wine list. Stand-outs include the Angus Beef Tartare, Deep Fried Haggis Bar, Whole Roasted Sea Bass, Porcini Mushroom Ravioli and Baked Alaska.

Envisioned by the award-winning team behind Fabled Studio, the restaurant design features intrigue at every turn. The imaginative 8400 square foot space, presents a host of inviting dining and drinking experiences: A theatrical main dining room (40 seats), energetic chef counters (32 seats), and its signature 360-degree walk around bar (30 seats) to the 32-seat terrace overlooking Register Square, and two bespoke private dining rooms; The Whisky Room (10 seats) and The Nest (14 seats). Full-scale standing events can accommodate up to 200 guests.
