Edinburgh Rewards

The Edinburgh Delegate Rewards, an initiative launched by Convention Edinburgh to reward conference delegates with special offers and value added benefits from an invited group of bars, restaurants, retail outlets and tour operators around the city.

Conferences of any size can sign up to the initiative, free of charge and receive the individual passport and map for their delegates.  Offers are listed on a bespoke website and the passport (offers also shown with the map listing) then identifies them as eligible for the ‘Edinburgh Reward’ as advertised.

Delegates will benefit from a range of offers including discounts between 10 and 25% off total bill, 3 course menus for the price of 2, free welcome cocktails, discounted Whisky Master Class and many, many more.

For conferences of over 500 delegates conference planners will be provided with a pop-up stand advertising the website, passports and guiding delegates on how to receive their special offers. There is also a ‘click here’ button for the conference website which will advise delegates in advance of the discounts, allowing them to make arrangements to meet their friends and colleagues ahead of arriving in the city.  It is completely free of charge for conference planners and delegates.
