Alongside luxury fine dining in the Forth Floor Restaurant, the top floor also houses the Brasserie which offers casual dining with set menus from £22. Like the Restaurant, this area can be used for group bookings or both areas can be combined for a full exclusive hire.
With a Champagne and bagpipes reception, five courses with paired wines, a live ceilidh band and a late-night buffet, there's only one place to spend Hogmanay this year!
With courses including hot and cold smoked Scottish salmon, Scottish Borders beef fillet and cranachan tart, each paired with one of our worthy-of-celebration wines. Finish with coffee and chocolates then enjoy the live ceilidh band as fireworks bring in the New Year.
