An imposing building, standing proudly on North Bridge next to Waverley railway station and overlooking the Royal Mile, The Carlton Hotel is one of the leading conference venues in the city. The Hotel has a choice of 7 meeting rooms, all with natural daylight, offering spacious, comfortable accommodation for events of every kind. All rooms have free Wi-Fi , and our in-house teams can set up whatever audio visual equipment, staging, lighting and sound systems you need. You're free to use the hotel's public spaces for your registration and reception, or as breakout areas during the day.
In December 2017 we completed a £18.5M refurbishment which covered all areas of the Hotel including an increase in our number of bedrooms from 189 to 211, the addition of an executive lounge, Marco Pierre White Steakhouse and bar which will certainly cement our standing as one of the most iconic and elegant hotels in Edinburgh...but don't take our word for it....try us yourself!
