Created in Monaco by Riccardo Giraudi, Le Petit Beefabr is part of the globally recognised group of Beefbar restaurants. Its first Scottish residence is now open at InterContinental Edinburgh The George. Le Petit Beefbar is an elegant yet cosy take on the Beefbar brand, with a glamourous chic feel.
The menu starts with dishes to share, inspired by global street food style small plates, including the infamous Croque Sando and Short Rib bao Buns. Beef – from Scotland, the USA and Japan are the stars of the show, with cuts from Angus bavette to Kobe tenderloin. You’ll also find a selection of fish and plant-based dishes as well as not to be missed indulgent desserts.
The globe-trotting wine list includes everything you could wish for, with a focus on the best wines to pair with the main event: steak. You’ll also find a creative collection of cocktails on the menu from signature Le Petit Beefbar drinks to our Edinburgh house cocktails showcasing Scottish spirits.
Beefbar was founded in Monaco in 2005 by restaurateur Riccardo Giraudi, who developed the business to break away from what he thought were the classic codes of the steak restaurant.
Expect bright and luxurious interiors and street food dishes alongside steaks and sharing plates overseen by our Executive Chef Matthew Parker, who has worked with the Group Executive Chef Thierry Paludetto and Giraudi on the menu.
