With more than 25,000 people working in tech roles, it’s home to major firms, start ups and unicorns, including Skyscanner, Amazon, FanDuel and Rockstar North to name just a few. It’s a prolific source of new talent, too, with the internationally-renowned School of Informatics at the University of Edinburgh and Codebase, the UK’s largest technology incubator.
