Classically sophisticated Italian cuisine awaits guests at O’Oliviero. Enjoy our stone baked pizzas, handmade pasta and locally sourced seafood cooked to your individual taste by our passionate Italian chefs.

We are well known amongst locals and visitors to Edinburgh for a range of classic Italian dishes including Lasagna, Spaghetti Carbonara and Spaghetti Bolognese; as well as contemporary mains such as Salmon alla Griglia, Risotto allo Zafferano and Filletto al Pepe Verde.

We have carefully selected some of Italy’s finest wines to compliment our menu, but for those wishing to experience a taste of Scotland we also offer a range of quality whiskies.

Finish your meal with traditional tiramisu or panna cotta before taking a stroll through the beautiful Grassmarket and Old Town. Located in the heart of Edinburgh, we are only steps away from Edinburgh Castle and the Royal Mile.
