Haggis address
Our guests are often entertained with famous Scottish traditions. This dinner began with the Address to the Haggis. The bagpiper played as the Haggis was carried in by the Head chef, the bagpiper then did a recital of the famous Robert Burns poem and finished by proposing a toast.
